3. Recordings and Transcripts

Phone calls between you and our team (including our AI assistant) may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and legal compliance. Recordings and transcripts are retained for seven (7) years and stored encrypted. By engaging with us by phone, you consent to recording in accordance with applicable state wiretap laws. Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Cloudflare D1 and Cloudflare R2, both with at-rest encryption. Audio recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and is logged.

You can ask us to:

• Show you what information we have about you
• Correct errors in your information
• Delete your information (subject to TCPA recordkeeping requirements, which require us to retain consent records for up to seven years even after deletion of personal data)
• Stop contacting you (effective immediately)
